Project Description: When Ann Fair started her independent real estate business, she asked me to help her create marketing materials because of my extensive experience with real estate marketing material creation. With a focus on serving the higher-end and luxury clientele of Boulder and surrounding communities it was crucial for her materials to prestigiously communicate the Boulder connection. I accomplished this, by combining a custom stylized flatiron illustration with the richness of gold and the prestige and strength of a deep PMS blue. I employed these elements for brand-consistency across a set of matching sell sheets, business cards, real estate yard sign and stationery. The logos above are two of the options I created, but we ended up using a marriage of both of them by using the using the flatiron graphic to accent the the word graphic as her main branding element.
